Meet the team

After finishing her studies in English and Spanish at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, and returning from a student exchange in Spain, Teja's career path led her to the MICE industry, where she helped organise numerous domestic and international events. She decided to return to her roots after three years and joined the Alkemist team in Ljubljana as a project manager in 2021. The role of a project manager fits her like a glove, as it combines two of her favourite fields – organisation and linguistics. She gladly faces any challenge and never stops until all the client’s requirements are met. By baking delicious desserts, Teja also makes sure that we never really get a “summer body” (which we don't really hold against her).

Slađana Ćetojević joined the Alkemist team in 2017 and has been ensuring customer satisfaction ever since. Due to her love of working with people, she enrolled at the College of Tourism Portorož, where she honed her communication and organisation skills. With new expertise and energy, she initially excelled in the role of a Business Developer, in which she was responsible for preparing offers and orders, communicating with clients and project managers, as well as acquiring new clients. Thanks to her committed work and proven skills, she was promoted in September 2021 and is now the Business and Sales Manager at the Alkemist Ljubljana Office. Slađana likes facing new challenges in everyday situations and communicating with clients, who trust and enjoy working with her due to her positivity.

In September 2021, Marija assumed the role of the International Sales Director at Alkemist, which entails the commercial management of all our offices. She is distinguished by her rich experience and the top sales results that she achieved as a Business Developer at Alkemist before becoming International Sales Director. As a Business Developer, she excelled in acquiring new clients, managing the existing key accounts, leading the onboarding of new employees in the sales department, and introducing innovative approaches to negotiation and sales. During her ten-year career at Alkemist, Marija also successfully collaborated in the establishment of the value chain for the purpose of improving key account management, optimizing business results and raising awareness of our company. She is very proud of her excellent collaboration with numerous major companies in the automotive, tobacco, pharmaceutical, banking and technology industries.

Marija started her career in Alkemist in 2006 as an office manager. She worked on the establishing and strategic development of the business of Alkemist on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. With her knowledge, patience and previously gained experience in the field of marketing and organization, relying on a meticulously selected and constantly growing team, Marija has succeeded in promoting Alkemist from a start-up company to what it is today – a synonym for high-quality and professional service.
Marija became a director of Alkemist Belgrade in the year 2016, and since 2017, she has been in the position of the director of Alkemist Prague. She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
